of Cajamarca Peru, our coffee is small batch roasted and crafted for a unique experience
in every cup. Our founders sourced our beans, met our growers
personally and, during the harvest season regularly walked the fields our
coffee comes from to ensure our beans are the best they can be!

Gourmet Peruvian Arabica Coffee

At Three Llamas Gourmet Coffee we are a little bit
different. Our coffee is proudly Peruvian. In fact, our coffee only comes from
a small mountainous region in Northern Perú, recognised for its exceptional and
distinctive high quality coffee. You will see our coffee selection is so good
it doesn’t need to be blended with coffees from other countries. That's right,
we don’t do blends; no confusion, just the finest Arabica coffee from the best
growing region in Perú.

to eat and buy your choice of freshly roasted specialty coffee beans from our

Three Llamas Gourmet Coffee

Three Llamas Gourmet Coffee was originally set up in Perú, successfully sourcing, roasting and selling specialty coffees in their capital city Lima. Several years ago the whole operation was relocated to New Zealand. We now offer our distinctive coffee here in Aotearoa, freshly roasted locally in Woodend, North Canterbury.

Our founders Richard and Cecelia have a combined background of over 20 years as fruit scientists in New Zealand.

As such our products have been designed emphasising all the healthiness and goodness a natural drink such as coffee could offer, topped up with exceptional flavour and aroma characteristic of Specialty coffees. We also live by the values of giving back to the coffee growers and their communities (without them we wouldn't have coffee!!). We do this through financial support and proving our horticultural expertise to help and motivate them to grow better and more sustainable coffee.
