Our natural Panela sugar is made from the juice of organic sugar cane, grown in the valleys of Northern Peru. Panela is an unrefined sugar with no chemiclas (eg no anti caking additives) and the molasses potion of the sugar cane juice is not seperated. This preserves the natural minerals and nutrients, resulting in a unique rich caramel flavour.

Perfect match with coffee, baking, sweet or savory dishes.
